Our Services
Validation Services
Validation services will be provided. The validation process strictly conforms to ISO, CE, GMP, ASME and CSA. We provide customers with preparation and implementation of DQ, IQ, OQ, FAT and SAT protocols and related services, ensuring the traceability of all documents.
After-sales Services
After-sales services will be provided. We can dispatch engineer to install fermenter on site if customer needs. During the use of fermenter, if products have any problems, customers send us pictures and videos, we will reply in 24 hours and remotely solve the problem.
Spare Parts
We will offer you some easily broken spare parts when making shipment. If some parts don’t work, we send you a new one and tell you how to change it. When problems can’t be solved by remote, our engineer will contact with you.
