Pilot Stainless Steel Bioreactor
BLBIO-XSJA/XSCA(X means volume liters) is a automatic stainless steel stirred tank bioreactor&fermenter. It has two mixing methods: mechanical stirring and magnetic stirring. Jacket/double jacket tank is make by stainless steel 316L and SS304. Double jacket have insulation layer. Zero dead zone of all valves to make sure sanitation. Stirred tank bioreactor equipment with sampling valve and discharge valve which can sterilization separately. It adopts a large viewing angle tank liquid level observation glass, 12V safety light.
Program auto control fermentation parameters, easy operation and clean, small and save place. Standard model control pH/DO/foam/temperature/agitation/gas. Control panel language EN/CN/RU.
Stainelss-steel Bioreactor Meet Various Production Needs
SJA type is mechanical seal motor top/bottom drive, have single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal for choose. SCA type is magnetic motor drive, lower torque than mechanical motor drive. Impeller shape can design as client requirement, standard type is turbine impeller.
