Fermenter Description:

The main material is all stainless steel 316L tank body, there is no dead angle in the tank; it is equipped with special sampling and discharging valves for fermentation tanks, and transplanting pipes. It adopts a large viewing angle tank liquid level observation glass, 12V safety light, with temperature, PH, DO, defoaming, liquid level interface, inoculation port, feeding port, and multiple spare ports. All welds are strong, neat and beautiful. The tank body is designed with optimized diversion, which improves the exchange efficiency and the uniformity of the temperature in the tank.One way of deep ventilation is adopted, and the rotameter shows that the gas flow is adjusted according to the process requirements, and the air distributor in the tank distributes the gas evenly; the sterilizing filter (Dominic or Shanghai Yiming) with a precision of 0.2 μm is used to prevent material backflow device, ensuring safety and greatly extending service life.

German Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system + 10” LCD touch screen display operation, on-site direct operation (menu type), full English menu and interface; sampling and display of tank data, browsing and analysis of system data, and reading settings. Available Control the stirring speed, the temperature of the medium in the tank, Ph value, DO value.
