Fermenter Description:

BLBIO GJ series fermentation system is a set of laboratory glass fermentation equipment with powerful functions, which can meet various purposes of fermentation, such as batch, batch fed, and even animal cell culture.

The 10inch color touch screen is used to display all measured values and control parameters, which greatly facilitates the user’s operation. 4 peristaltic pumps are installed on the front of the control box, which can replenish acid, alkali, defoamer and medium to the fermenter.

Various parameters in fermentation such as pH, DO, temperature and rotational speed can be monitored by the controller, and all data and control parameters can be transmitted to the controller or computer.

The structure is compact, and various components can be integrated on the fermentation system.

The upper-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring ,with simple structure and stable operation.

Fermenter Application:

  1. Animal vaccine production: Avian influenza vaccine, Porcine PRRS vaccine, Foot-and-mouth disease, Rabies vaccine, Mink vaccine, DTP vaccine, Diphtheria vaccine, Tetanus vaccine, etc.
