Vessel specifications and quantity It quipped with 4 glass vessel systems. Maximum total volume size is 2L. The material is high temperature sterilization borosilicate glass. The tank cover distributes the inoculation port, pH electrode port, DO electrode port, 4-way feed port, temperature electrode port, and sampling port. Each tank is equipped with 2 gears Rushton stirring paddle, 1 gear axial flow oblique blade paddle, annular gas distributor, and anhydrous temperature control exhaust gas condenser.
Innovative water-free temperature module It can be used for 4 tanks at the same time. The innovative water-free temperature control module can independently control the temperature of each tank without external cooling water auxiliary equipment, reducing the water environment around the fermentation. Temperature control range: 10~45℃; accuracy: ±0.1℃.
Stirring control module It can control 4 tanks at the same time, equipped with servo drive motor, speed control range: 50-1000rpm. PID control can be set for manual, automatic or cascade control.
DO control module 4 high temperature sterilization DO probes, DO display control range 0.0-150.0%, accuracy: ±1.0%. Dissolved oxygen can be controlled in forward or reverse cascade through parameters/behaviors such as stirring speed, air ventilation, and feeding. Three cascade modes of parallel, series and cross can be used to achieve more precise control;
pH control module for 4 tanks at the same time. The acid/alkali pump can realize linkage control with the feed pump to maintain the balance of the reactor matrix concentration. 4 high temperature sterilization pH probes. The control range is 2.00-12.00±0.01;

9.Precision feeding pump module: 16 units, 4 watson-marlow peristaltic pumps each. Each feed pump module must be operated with independent power supply, and can be freely split and combined (non-integrated) according to the different feeding processes of each tank. Precisely control the amount of feed, realize batch, feeding, continuous and perfusion culture mode ;

Gas distribution module for 4 tanks. Equipped with a rotameter to manually control the air intake, range: 0~2L/min

 

Foam/Liquid Level Control: Foam control is realized by the foam probe sensing the liquid level and automatically adding defoamer.
The system is modular in design (non-traditional integrated), which can be split and expanded freely. Each module can run independently without interfering with each other, ensuring good repeatability and parallelism, so as to achieve rapid and accurate development of process conditions exploration. The desktop (not floor-standing) compact design of the whole machine, the size does not exceed: 1.5m*0.8m*0.9m (length, width and height) to fit the tight laboratory space.
The exhaust has a water-free condenser, no external cooling water is required
