Fermenter Description:

The magnetic stirring system adopts the magnetic stirring system suspended on the strong magnetic machine (fully sealed, zero leakage, pollution-free, maintenance-free, and the magnetic stirring system suspended on the top. The dynamic seal is changed to a static seal, which completely solves the problem of bacterial contamination in biological product tanks The problem is that there is no thimble at the bottom, and the rotation speed is stable; all the internal parts of the tank are installed on the tank cover, which is very convenient for maintenance and cleaning; the design of separating the motor from the tank body greatly reduces the weight of the tank body, makes the operation easier and more convenient, and saves a lot of manpower. The magnetic stirring system adopts special permanent magnet materials, unique processing technology, never demagnetization, the maximum stirring speed will not be lower than the technical requirements during the life of the fermenter, and can also reach the highest speed in high-viscosity media, which can be set automatically Controlled stepless speed regulation range 50-1200rpm±5rpm.

Desktop glass fermenter is integrated design, complete equipment installed on a small stainless steel platform, easy to move and repair.

Fermenter has three major component, tank, temperature control of thermostatic bath and control system. Tank composed by borosilicate glass and imported SUS316L stainless steel.Borosilicate glass can bare high temperature, anti acid/alkali, corrosion resistant.

Control system: 10in touch screen , Siemens PLC control system with control parameters (stirring, pH, DO, temperature, feeding, gas etc.), data analysis, data logging, data output and printing, overrun alarm, language switching and other functions.
