Fermenter Description

Fully sealed, zero leakage, no pollution, and maintenance-free. The double-end mechanical seal completely solves the problem of bacterial contamination in biological product tanks. Various parameters during fermentation such as pH, DO, temperature and rotational speed can be monitored through the controller, and all data and control parameters can be transmitted to the controller or computer. Compact structure, various components can be integrated on the fermentation system. You can choose to use the direct coupling mechanical stirring method driven by the upper part or the magnetic indirect coupling mechanical stirring method driven by the lower part. The structure is simple and the operation is stable. Polishing precision Ra≤0.4.

German Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system + 10” LCD touch screen display operation, on-site direct operation (menu type), full English menu and interface; sampling and display of tank data, browsing and analysis of system data, and reading settings. Available Control the stirring speed, the temperature of the medium in the tank, Ph value, DO value.
