Tank Body
The main body of the equipment consists of a glass tank combined with a food-grade 316L stainless steel top cover. Its materials comply with safety standards for food testing and production. Featuring a simple structure and stable performance, it is specially designed for experimental applications such as food seasoning and beverage formulation.
Working Principle of the Equipment & Functions of Supporting Devices
This mixing tank together with an air compressor and a water chiller. The complete set features a clear operating principle and targeted single-purpose application.
The air compressor is mainly used to deliver air into the glass tank. Air circulation and exhaust are realized via the gas outlet condenser tube of the tank, which maintains air flow inside the vessel and ensures uniform and stable mixing of materials.
As a dedicated temperature control unit, the water chiller monitors the temperature of materials in the tank in real time. When the temperature exceeds the set threshold, it automatically circulates cold water for cooling, precisely regulating the experimental thermal environment to meet the temperature control requirements for material blending.
Scalable & Interchangeable Design
The culture vessels are interchangeable, allowing flexible scale-up and process development.
